You may purchase our TECHBOLT Union Assembly should you require a removable long nose choke on your operation.

Model 100-L 10,000 PSIG High Pressure Choke
Manufactured to the same high standards as our 7,800 PSIG chokes. We once more adhere to the American Petroleum Institute Specification. Each choke is tested to one and one half times working pressure or 15,000 PSIG.
All of our chokes can be special ordered to meet NACE standards. TECTROL's long nose choke parts are interchangeable with several others, consult the factory on the specifications.
Model 150-L15,000 PSIG High Pressure Choke
Manufactured to the same high standards as our 7,800 PSIG chokes. We once more adhere to the American Petroleum institute Specifications. Each choke is tested to one and one half times working pressure or 22,500 PSIG.

3" 7500#
The 3" 7500# is a long nose heater choke with 2" orifice trim. It utilizes a 3" XX heavy butt weld inlet with a 4XX heavy butt weld outlet for confident high pressure vessel installation. Call our office for more details.
Liquid Level Controls
In designing TECTROL liquid level control, we use two principles of operation that have become the industry standard: Archimedes Principle and the Cantilever Beam.
Our goal was to manufacture a product that the oil field people could understand its operation and perform basic repairs themselves.
Snap Action Head
The snap action control head assembly provides on/off supply pressure at a specific liquid level set point established by the displacer setting. This on/off signal can be used to power pressure switch-es, start-up or shut-down controls, alarms, or pneumatic diaphragm activated control valves to open or close system flow lines.
Miser
The MISER No-Bleed Pilot Valve is the most cost-effective solution for converting high-bleed pneumatic controls to low-bleed operation. This device effectively stops continuous bleed operation between dump cycles, thereby reducing environmentally concerning methane emissions, while allowing previously wasted gas to be sent to the sale line. Conservatively, user can anticipate 90% savings from recaptured gas based upon estimated cycle rates of the controls.
Throttling Head
This throttling control head assembly provides a proportional output pressure signal as changes in vessel liquid levels are sensed by the displacers and transmitted by the sensing rod. Constant vessel liquid level can be maintained when the control outlet is connected with a properly sized pneumatic, diaphragm activated control valve. Sensing adjustment is controlled by an external adjusting screw.
Model 4-LLC 4" Pneumatic 1,500 PSIG Liquid Level Control
TECTROL Model 4-LLC uses a sensing rod with an attached displacer on the end. With the rising of the fluid you have the static lift force that allows your actuator pad to move closer to the nozzle, diverting your supply pressure to a diaphragm operated motor valve. As the fluid drains, your level drops and the pad moves away from the nozzle, resulting in the relief of the supply pressure and the diaphragm operated motor valve closes. You are throttling the valve to maintain a set fluid level in the unit.
Using this method of control you can sense and regulate levels of gas to fluid interface applications as well as many fluid to fluid interfaces.
Should you desire a snap action of this unit you could do this by perchasing TECTROL Snap Pilot and make the correct adjustment to our control head.

Our liquid level control is available in different sizes; 2" threaded, 4" hammer union, 5" hammer union, and flanged.
Model 2-LLC N " Threaded 250 PSIG Liquid Level Control
TECTROL's low pressure float operated 2" liquid level control has found many different applications in the oil industry. Our standard 2" unit utilizes a stainless steel float and SNAPVALVE to provide a positive pneumatic output to control your liquid levels. It can be used as a level control or as a component of high-low level alarm system. A major feature of TECTROL's unit is the field adjustment ease that will not effect your processing.
A simple and effective tool for your fluid control, it is available in our standard 2" threaded unit or you may special order a 2" Flanged Unit or 1" threaded liquid level control.

High-Pressure Control Valves
TECTROL High Pressure Control Valve is designed to control the pressure on your liquids or gases. Typical installations may include oil and gas separators, scrubbers, dehydrators and various liquid accumulators.
DESIGN:
Our valve was designed with a hammer union topworks for quick access, for inspection or replacement, of valve trim components without removing the body from the vessel or line. The angle design minimizes the possibility of freezing in low temperature applications, In effect, it is a simple and reliable valve.
TECTROL offers you this valve in 7400 PSIG and 4000 PSIG working pressure. You have two types of material to select for your seats and plugs, Tungsten Carbide and Stainless Steel. Both of these materials are standard stock items from TECTROL.
Snap Valves
TECTROL Model 6005 SNAPVALVE is one of the finest miniature valves being offered for industrial application. This unit had been field proven to be rugged and reliable in many complicated and demanding applications. With its over-center construction and snap-action operation, which industry expects in a miniature valve, this unit can truly solve many of your control problems.
SNAPVALVE features a 1/16 orifice, with a maximum working pressure of 100 PSI, encased in a standard anodized housing. This miniature valve operates at full speed regardless of the force applied; a light force is preferred (16 ounces). You will find no neutral position of lag time in the SNAPVALVE operation response. The unit seals in an off position and cannot be jarred out of this shut-off position. Being a 3-way, 2-position valve, you may select the position of operation that best fits your working conditions.
With no sliding seals or rotating parts to wear out or cause leakage, our SNAPVALVE requires minimum maintenance. With a clean or filtered pneumatic supply, these units can be maintained in the field for a lengthy time without replacement.

Strainers
Tectrol pipeline strainers remove damage causing particulate matter from the process media, protecting system components such as flow meters, pumps, and spray nozzles. The particulate matter is captured in the strainer basket. The line is then temporarily shut down and the basket removed for cleaning or replacement.
Wall thicknesses are exceptionally heavy. The basket seats are precision machined. And every strainer is hydrostatically tested at 150% of its maximum rated pressure. The Tectrol Models are high quality, heavy duty units that will stand up to the most demanding of applications. There is no better simplex basket strainer made.
